Our nutritionists will use this information to help determine your calorie level and weight loss goal while on the phone with you or help you determine whether your current goals are realistic.
If you have started on the Almased Diet plan already, you can provide information about your week to week weight loss progress and your diet plan. Before speaking with our nutritionists, make sure to keep a 24 hour to 3-day food record of your daily intake.
Be specific as possible when giving information about your daily intake by including measurements of the ingredients you use to make your shakes and meals. (e.g., 3 oz of boneless, skinless chicken with 1 cup of steamed broccoli).
If you eat out for your meals, make sure to write down the name of the menu item and restaurant and the portion you consumed. This will help our nutritionists calculate your actual calorie intake and make adjustments either to your shakes or meals. By having your information ready before speaking with our nutritionists, they will be able to advise you better on your current progress and diet plan.
