Week 1

This first week boosts metabolism while supporting healthy blood sugar levels, setting you up for success.

Replace all 3 meals with an Almased protein shake for diabetics and drink 64 fl oz of clear fluids daily to keep your body hydrated. In addition, we recommend including 16-32 fl oz of low-sodium home-cooked vegetable broth as part of your daily liquid intake.
