Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Almased USA, Inc., your satisfaction means everything to us. If you're not happy with your purchase, we'll make it right — guaranteed.

45-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

You have 45 days from your purchase date to request a refund, replacement, or store credit. Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required. This Satisfaction Guarantee applies only to your first purchase made on Almased.com, including first-time subscription orders. Almased USA, Inc. reserves the right to request return of product for any order size as part of the review process before issuing a refund. Orders that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect are not subject to the first-purchase limitation and will be reviewed separately for replacement or refund.

Purchases from Other Retailers

If you purchased Almased through another retailer (including Amazon, Walmart, Walgreens, CVS, Vitacost, or Swanson Health), return and refund requests are subject to that retailer's policies. Purchases made through unauthorized sellers (including eBay, Facebook Marketplace, Shop App, TikTok, Instagram, or Target) are not eligible for refunds or replacements through Almased. All return-related inquiries should still be directed to returns@almased.com, and our team will guide you to the correct resolution channel.

Eligible Returns

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if the product was purchased directly from Almased.com, the request is made within 45 days of your first purchase, you are unsatisfied with the product, or the order is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Ineligible Returns

We're unable to accept returns for requests made after the 45-day return window, purchases made through unauthorized resellers, or purchases made through other retailers (which must follow the retailer's return policy).

Promotions & Bundled Pricing

When products are purchased at a discounted multi-can or promotional price, refunds are calculated based on the adjusted per-unit price paid at checkout, not the standalone retail price. Promotional discounts, coupon codes, and applied credits are non-refundable and will not be reinstated once used.

Partial Returns & Multi-Can Orders

Multi-can purchases may be eligible for partial return. Refunds are issued only for the quantity approved for refund and reflect the adjusted per-unit purchase price after discounts applied at checkout. Almased USA, Inc. reserves the right to request return of product for any order size prior to issuing a refund. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable and are not prorated for partial returns.

Return Authorization Required

All returns must be authorized in advance. Customers must complete a Return Authorization form. After submission, it may take 1–2 business days for your return to process. Submission of a Return Authorization request does not automatically guarantee approval. All return requests are subject to review in accordance with this policy. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. If a return is required and approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed packing and return instructions.

Packing & Return Instructions

Securely package the product to prevent damage during transit. Use original packaging when possible, or similar protective packaging. Ensure the product is cushioned and sealed properly to avoid leakage, dents, or breakage. Clearly write the Return Authorization (RA) number on the outside of the package. Customers may ship returns from any location. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise approved by Almased. Products damaged during return shipment due to insufficient or improper packaging may not be eligible for refund. Almased USA, Inc. is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of shipment until the return has been processed.

Return Shipping & Fees

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Any return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount, if applicable. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after inspection, if a return is required. If your card has changed, your bank will automatically route the refund. Contact your bank if there are any issues.

Reporting Damaged, Incorrect, or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or is lost, contact returns@almased.com or call 1-877-256-2733 within 45 days. Complete the Return Authorization Form and include your order number and photos of the issue, plus a photo of the bottom of the can showing the lot number and expiration date. Our Customer Support team will review the issue and respond with an appropriate resolution.

Order Cancellation

Buy with Prime orders are subject to Amazon's cancellation policies. Orders placed on Almased.com may be canceled within approximately 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders are billed automatically on the recurring billing date selected at checkout. To avoid being charged for your next shipment, changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your next billing date through your subscription account. Once a subscription has been billed, the charge cannot be reversed retroactively. Orders that have processed or shipped cannot be canceled. The 45-Day Satisfaction Guarantee applies only to your first purchase made on Almased.com, including first-time subscription orders. Future subscription shipments are not eligible under the first-purchase Satisfaction Guarantee and follow standard return eligibility outlined in this policy.

Fraud Prevention & Policy Enforcement

Almased USA, Inc. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to verify purchase information and deny any return or refund request in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or abuse of this policy. Almased also reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
