Step 1

To a shaker bottle or blender, add 12 fl oz or more of water or milk (dairy or plant-based, such as oat or almond milk). Our recommendation: If you purchase the Vanilla flavor, we highly recommend to use a milk to create a Vanilla milkshake. Unsweetened oat/almond milk or a low-fat milk is the best option for a tasty, healthy shake.

Step 2

Add 8 Tablespoons of Almased Protein Powder. Optional: Many people find that 8 tablespoons are satisfying. However, if you need to feel full longer, consider increasing serving size on height or take an additional half to one shake throughout the day.
