Phase 1: Starting Phase

You begin the Figure Plan with the Starting Phase, during which you will have three Almased weight loss shakes per day, plus home-made vegetable broth or 100% vegetable juice (ideally low in sodium).

In addition, you should drink at least 64 oz of (preferably mineral-rich) water per day. You can stay on this phase from three up to fourteen days. It has been shown that a good initial weight loss at the beginning of a diet is the best prerequisite for fast weight loss results.

Phase 2: Reduction Phase

This phase will lead to a healthy, steady weight reduction. You will have two Almased weight loss shakes daily and one solid, balanced meal, preferably at midday, for best results, to provide you with all the crucial nutrients. If it is more convenient to have your meal for dinner, you can, but be mindful of your carbohydrates. This phase can be carried out for as long as you like or until you have reached your desired weight.

Phase 3: Stability Phase

This phase encourages healthy eating habits and stabilizes the weight you've lost, helping your body maintain its new weight.

During the stability phase, drink one Almased shake in place of one meal, preferably in the evening, and continue eating two healthy, nutrient-dense meals daily that are now an integral part of your daily diet.

The duration of the stability phase should be based on the length of the reduction phase. If you've spent 2 weeks in the reduction phase, then the stability phase should last equally as long. If you have carried out the reduction phase for longer than 2 weeks, we recommend doing the stability phase for at least 4 weeks. There is no limit to how long you spend in the stability phase.

Phase 4: Life Phase

While the first three phases of the plan lead to successful weight loss, this phase will help set you up for life. In addition to losing weight, you've learned new eating habits that you can continue to practice daily. During this phase, keep drinking Almased once daily as needed, either as a supplement or meal replacement, which will help with the following.

1. Providing your body with the necessary macro and micronutrients
2. If you are physically active, Almased is an excellent source of protein and amino acids, which helps retain muscle while supporting the building of lean muscle - which is necessary for organ and metabolism function.
3. Managing slip-ups or to counteract accidental overeating from time to time. For example, if you overindulge at a luncheon, drink Almased at your next meal to offset calories.

How to Mix an Almased Shake

1. To a shaker bottle, add 10-12 fl oz of water, skim milk or unsweetened plant-based milk.
