Muscle Building Shake Recipe: Tropical Island Smoothie

Ingredients (for 1 person)

  • 8 Tbsp Almased
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 3/4 cup mango, chopped
  • 1/2 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 Tbsp pineapple juice
  • 1/2 tsp banana or pineapple extract (optional)
  • 6 ice cubes (optional)


To a blender, add mangoes and chia seeds. Then add coconut milk, water, pineapple juice, and extract. Lastly, scoop in Almased and add ice cubes. Blend until smooth Then pour into a glass and enjoy!
