Muscle Building Shake Recipe: Peanut Butter Banana

Ingredients (for 1 person)

  • 8 Tbsp Almased
  • 12 oz unsweetened soy milk
  • 1 Tbsp natural peanut butter
  • 1/2 medium banana
  • 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder


In a blender, pour in liquid first, then add Almased, banana and all other ingredients. Blend for 10-15 seconds until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
