Eating large meals with salty and fatty foods can cause water retention and the uncomfortable gassy feeling. To help you drop water weight, stay hydrated, drinking eight 8-oz cups of water daily, and eating a variety of potassium-rich vegetables like kale and spinach. You will be amazed by how much weight you can drop in just water form. Also, vegetables have both, soluble and insoluble fibers that help with regularity, reducing bloat and toxins in the body.
During the 14-Day Figure Plan, Almased recommends drinking plenty of homemade vegetable broth to help hydrate your body and provide minerals and antioxidants to reduce water weight. Moreover, Almased recommends adding 2 Tbsp of ground flaxseeds, psyllium husk or chia seeds to each Almased shake to ensure you are getting daily fiber in your diet.
