Muscle Building Shake Recipe: Almased with Lime

Ingredients (for 1 person)

  • 8 Tbsp Almased
  • 8 fl oz low-fat milk (or more for desired texture)
  • 5 oz plain fat-free yogurt
  • 2-3 Tbsp fresh lime juice or key lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp lime zest

Preparation

Directions:

  1. Add liquids first
    Pour the milk, yogurt, and lime juice into a blender or shaker bottle.
  2. Add Almased
    Add 8 tablespoons of Almased to the liquid.
  3. Mix until smooth
    Blend or shake well until fully combined and creamy.
  4. Finish with zest
    Stir in the lime zest for a fresh citrus flavor.
  5. Serve immediately
    Enjoy chilled for the best taste and texture.

Tips:

  • Add ice for a more refreshing shake
  • Adjust lime juice to taste (more for tart, less for mild)
  • If using a shaker bottle, shake thoroughly to fully incorporate the yogurt
