- 8 Tbsp Almased
- 8 fl oz low-fat milk (or more for desired texture)
- 5 oz plain fat-free yogurt
- 2-3 Tbsp fresh lime juice or key lime juice
- 1/2 tsp lime zest
Preparation
Directions:
- Add liquids first
Pour the milk, yogurt, and lime juice into a blender or shaker bottle. - Add Almased
Add 8 tablespoons of Almased to the liquid. - Mix until smooth
Blend or shake well until fully combined and creamy. - Finish with zest
Stir in the lime zest for a fresh citrus flavor. - Serve immediately
