Weight Loss Shake Recipe: Cranapple

Ingredients (for 1 person)

  • 8 tbsp Almased
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup cranberry juice
  • 1/4 cup apple sauce (unsweetened)

Preparation

To a shaker cup, add all ingredients. Shake for 15 seconds or until smooth.

Note: Alternatively, you may use 1/4 cup cranberries and 1/4 honey crisp apple slices with this recipe.
