Almased in a Nutshell

Written by Jamie, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist

Whether you want to lose weight and burn fat or have a better metabolism or energy level, we’re going to explain how you can achieve better health, from merely adding Almased to your daily diet.

What makes it so unique? How does it work in the body?

Almased helps to speed up the metabolism and improve energy levels without any caffeine or stimulants. It also helps burn body fat without reducing muscle mass as well as reduce appetite. Also, Almased supports blood sugar and thyroid health. It also comes with a diet program that is easy to follow, which makes it easy to stick to.

How Can you Use Almased?

Almased can be mixed in 10-12 oz of cold liquids, such as water or milk, blended with a variety of your favorite ingredients like 1 tsp of vanilla extract or unsweetened cocoa powder. You may like it with almond milk and cinnamon.

You can use Almased as a meal replacement for weight loss for up to three times a day or as a supplement for overall wellness.

As a part of a meal replacement program, Almased offers a 4-Week Figure Plan to a slimmer body. The 14-Day Figure Plan Guide includes four different phases of the program. You start with a short 3-day fast to help reset your metabolism, then move into the core part of our program known as the Reduction Phase, where you’ll replace your meals twice a day with Almased shakes and eat one solid healthy meal for four days.

As you progress through the program, you’ll taper off of Almased and add more light and healthy meals. The 14-Day Figure Plan Guide will help kick-start your metabolism and help lose weight right away.

For more significant weight loss, you can extend each of those phases or contact Almased’s nutritionists at nutritionist@almased.com for a customized program that will meet your needs and help you achieve your health goals.
