Whether you had a goal this year or not, you can still join into this challenge to build a new habit of eating light and healthy.
This meal plan is laid out for 25 days and provides an average intake of 1200 calories daily. By the end of the program, you can enjoy your time with friends and family while reaping the rewards of feeling accomplished and giving yourself the best holiday gift ever - better health and energy levels.

‘25 days of Almased’
The first day is easy - it’s just preparation! First, take a selfie of yourself in front of the mirror or have a friend take your picture. You will use this picture to evaluate the changes you’ve made on day 25. Then, solidify your understanding of the benefits of Almased by reading our ‘Almased Weight Loss Kit.’
Next, write down what changes you’d like to experience in 25 days, e.g., “ I would like to lose at least 5 lbs during the 25 days of Almased” or “I want better control of my sugar cravings.” Remember, be realistic. Lastly, determine what you’ll need for the 25 days of Almased and go shopping!

Day 2 - 4
During these days, you will follow the “Starting Phase” from our 14-Day Figure Plan. You will drink Almased as a meal replacement for all three of your meals.
Make sure to include these must-haves daily: add 1 Tbsp of fiber and 1 tsp of oil to all shakes, (if not already included in the recipes), and drink 4 cups of homemade vegetable broth or low-sodium veggie juice along with plenty of water throughout the day. Day 5 - 20
Days 5 through 20 is an extended version of the “Reduction Phase” of the 14-Day Figure Plan. You can expect to lose fat and inches during this phase. Drink Almased as a meal replacement twice daily and eat one healthy, sensible meal.

Day 21 - 24
This is the last stretch of the ‘25 days of Almased’. You’re almost there, so hang on tight. For the next few days, you will be on the “Stability Phase” of the 14-Day Figure Plan. As you begin to wean off of the Almased meal replacements, you will be incorporating more healthy meals into your daily diet.
You will drink Almased once daily as a meal replacement and eat two healthy meals. Like in the previous phases, make sure to add 1 Tbsp of fiber and 1 tsp of oil to all shakes and continue to drink homemade veggie broth or low-sodium veggie juice. You’ve completed ‘25 days of Almased’! It is time for a celebration while you begin your new “Life Phase.” You will be back to eating all three meals again, but this time, you will use the new skills you learned to make healthy and well-portioned meals. Drink Almased once daily to sustain your weight loss and curb your appetite.
To see your results, take a selfie of yourself or have your friend take a picture of you and compare it to day 1. Notice the changes in your waistline and your appearance - how your skin looks and feels. Take account of how much more energetic, happier, and healthier you feel.
