290 calories • 28g protein • 26g carbs • 7g fat (with cookie on top)

Ingredients (for 1 person)

  • 8 Tbsp Almased
  • 12 fl oz vanilla almond milk
  • 1 Tbsp powdered cashew butter (PB2) 
  • 1–2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1–2 tsp sugar-free cookie butter syrup (optional)
  • Topping: 1 crushed Biscoff cookie sprinkled on top (optional)

Preparation

  1. Pour 12 oz almond milk into your shaker bottle.
  2. Add 8 Tbsp Almased.
  3. Add 1 Tbsp cashew butter powder.
  4. Add cinnamon, nutmeg, and cookie butter syrup (optional).
  5. Pour milk into your shaker bottle, add Almased and all ingredients. Close the lid tightly and shake well for 20–30 seconds.
  6. Drink and enjoy!
