- 8 Tbsp Almased
- 1.5 cup non-dairy milk
- 4 Tbsp rolled oats
- 1/2 tsp banana extract
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 0.5 tsp nutmeg
- 1 pinch ground all spice
- 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
Preparation
Add all ingredients into a blender. Blend for 1 minute or until smooth. Then pour into a glass or cup and enjoy.
