Muscle Building Shake Recipe: Chocolate Coconut Pie

Ingredients (for 1 person)

  • 8 Tbsp Almased
  • 12 oz water
  • 1 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1.5 oz baby kale
  • 1 tsp coconut extract
  • 1 tsp Olive, flaxseed or walnut oil
  • stevia (optional)


Use a blender to mix this recipe. Add water, cocoa powder, kale, coconut and oil into the blender, then add Almased. Blend for a few seconds and voilà, you have a delicious chocolate coconut pie shake!
