  • 8 Tbsp Almased
  • 12 oz almond milk, unsweetened
  • 1 tsp lavender, dried
  • 1 tsp chia seeds

Preparation

In a blender or shaker cup, combine Almased, liquid and other ingredients. Blend or shake until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
