Ingredients (for 1 person)

  • 8 Tbsp Almased
  • 10 oz unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk
  • 2 oz hot water (not boiling)
  • 1/2 tsp matcha green tea powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3-4 ice cubes
  • 1 tsp stevia (optional)


Mix green tea powder in hot water in a bowl. Stir with a whisk until completely dissolved. Add 3-4 ice cubes to bowl, to cool mixture. Add almond milk or milk alternative to bowl and stir. In a blender or shaker cup, add Almased and vanilla extract. Pour in chilled, green tea mix and remaining ice. Blend or shake until smooth and enjoy.
