I started my Almased diet 2 years ago. I am in love with Almased and what it has done for me physically and mentally. I have turned dozens of others onto this diet. When they see what I was able to do with my weight loss, it makes them think it's possible.
After finding out about Almased through Facebook posts, I decided to check into it further and did some research online. Admittedly, I had very poor eating habits. I would either not have enough to eat or ate the wrong things. Looking at the ingredients and seeing that Almased was a natural product, as well as seeing the results others were having, gave me the confidence I needed and I was excited to give it a try.
I found the diet program very easy to follow which is why I was able to stick with it. All the information I needed was readily available to me online so I did not have a problem continuing the plan. Plus I was not hungry at all like other diets I was on before. My husband and friends were all very supportive. We have a group called TOPS (Taking Off Pounds Sensibly) in our complex and although I am not a member, I became a role model and some women in the group were also inspired to try Almased in managing their weight loss.
My size in clothing dropped from a size 18 to a 6 or 8 which enabled me to progress to a whole new wardrobe. According to my physician, I had quite a few other benefits related to my health as seen through my blood work showing much healthier numbers than before using Almased. I have so much more energy, my skin is healthier and the pain I had been experiencing in my knees and ankles from too much weight is also now gone. As a property manager for 122 apartments, I use to have notices hand delivered by our maintenance staff. I am happy to say that now I am able to do that myself in about 20 minutes.
