8 Tbsp Almased  •  8 oz unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk  •  5 oz water  •  1/2 cup frozen dark cherries or 1 tsp cherry extract  •  1 Tbsp chia seeds or ground flaxseeds  •  1 tsp Stevia (optional)

Preparation

In a blender, combine Almased, liquids and other ingredients. You may add ice if desired. Blend until smooth and enjoy right away.

Tip: For best weight loss results, use fruit extracts in place of fruit.
