To a shaker bottle, add 10-12 fl oz of water, skim milk or unsweetened plant-based milk.
When it comes to mixing your Almased shake, the recipe combinations are endless. Add 1 tsp of oil (e.g. extra virgin olive or walnut oil) to increase healthy fats in your diet. Add 1 Tbsp of flaxseeds, chia seeds, or psyllium husk for a boost of fiber. For flavor, add 1-2 tsp of spices (ground cinnamon, nutmeg, pumpkin), powders (unsweetened cocoa or peanut butter), or flavor extracts to taste.
