Weight Loss Shake Recipe: Mango Matcha Magic

1 portion contains approximately: 243 calories - 30 g protein - 1 g fat - 20 g carbohydrates

Ingredients (for 1 person)

  • 8 Tbsp Almased
  • 8 fl oz (1 cup) coconut drink
  • 2-4 fl oz (1/4 – ½ cup)  water
  • ¼ cup mango chucks
  • 1 tsp matcha powder

Preparation (5 minutes)

Pour all the ingredients into the shaker and mix well.

­Extra tip: Sift the matcha powder before shaking to avoid the formation of lumps.
