"I was feeling really down about my weight and had tried a ton of other methods with no luck. I did not think I would find something that would work for me and that is when I saw the 2-page add in my magazine and thought to myself, “What do I have to lose?” I was skeptical but thought I would really give a try and follow the plan even when I did not think I could do it.

After

I followed the plan exactly and supplemented with vegetable broth to sit down and eat dinner with my family. I saw 1 pound a day come off and that made me motivated to keep going. "I couldn’t believe how quickly the pounds just fell off."

Replacing meals with a shake was easy. I did the fasting phase for 10 days. Three shakes per day and vegetable broth in between when I felt hungry. I couldn’t believe how quickly the pounds just fell off.

My favorite shake is the caramel latte recipe - it tastes like a caramel frappe - I love it! It has been almost 4 months and I have lost 52 lbs.

Before

Six months ago, I was carrying around extra weight, dealing with high blood pressure, and feeling sluggish most of the time. My doctor told me I needed to make some serious changes—lose weight, cut down on sugar and salt, and try to manage my blood pressure without medication. I’d been thinking about it for a while, but that visit kind of pushed me to really do something. Before I started this journey, my daily routine wasn’t doing me any favors. In six months, I lost 40 pounds—going from 265 lbs to 225 lbs. But it wasn’t just about the number on the scale. I felt different. My clothes fit better—I went from a 38-inch waist to a 36. "Almased Really Works!"

"A few years back, I noticed a coworker looking a lot slimmer. She was walking towards me and shaking this bottle in her hand. I actually said "Hey Slim, looking good." We laughed and chatted, before I asked her about Almased. She said her doctor recommended so she could lose a few pounds. So I decided to try it also, long story short, I replaced one meal a day, blended with a banana to thicken and improve taste. I lost weight quickly, did not get hungry or go snack crazy between meals and it was diabetic safe. Pricing is decent, can't complain because the weight loss had me feeling energetic and walking more on my arthritic knees. It is my go to weight loss solution every time I need it."

"We have been continuing to lose weight and both have more energy"

"My husband & I have been using Almased for about 6+ weeks now & it really works. I can't say as that the plain flavor in water or low fat milk is our favorite, but my husband does like it in chocolate Almond milk & I use vanilla soy milk. We were strict using this the first week & lost our biggest amount of weight that week. We then added in veggies & some fruit w/ 2 shakes a day as their diet plan recommends & then went to 1-2 shakes a day w/ a healthy meal as well as going back to weekends with regular meals & some snacks based on our activities. "Absolutely the best!"

"Absolutely the best protein drink ever. I have diabetes and it’s difficult to maintain my blood glucose levels no matter what I do. About 5 years ago, I discovered Almased because of the reviews about other diabetics using it as a safe, effective weight loss regimen. I’ve tried many protein drinks and never had any positive result. Almased is the best out there. I’ve gone as long as 2 weeks and my glucose levels are perfect, which is not the norm for me. "I highly recommend Almased! I've tried health shakes before and they were not great-tasting. My favorite Almased shake is mixed with unsweetened almond milk, a frozen banana and a spoon of cocoa. It's also good mixed with other kinds of frozen fruit. When I add a tablespoon of fiber powder it keeps me going until the next meal. I think my clothes are a little looser after a couple weeks, and I've just ordered and received another 2 week supply."

"Heard good things about this stuff in a magazine. Wasn't easy to locate. I've lost 13 lbs after the first 2 weeks. Read the label and start out following the first step in the instructions. You'll lose weight much faster if u do. Nonetheless, I lost weight even before following the directions. I really feel like meeting my weight loss goals is actually possible with Almased.
