Weight Loss Shake Recipe: Creamy Avocado

Ingredients (for 1 person)

  • 8 Tbp Almased
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup unsweet coconut water or milk
  • 1/4 avocado (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup spinach
  • 1/4 cup kale
  • 2 tsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp pineapple extract (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract


Into a blender add water, coconut water, lime juice, and extracts. Then add chopped avocado, spinach, and kale. Lastly, toss in 8 Tbsp (about 1/2 cup or 50 grams) of Almased powder. Blend, blend, blend! Then pour into a glass and enjoy!
