What do you have to lose, but more weight!*
I was going through one of my magazines like I normally do and came across an ad for Almased. Something about it appealed to me, maybe it was the timing or the story in the ad.
I’ve tried several different diets for a while and I was gaining some unwanted weight at the time I saw the magazine ad. So, I thought I had nothing to lose by giving this one a try.
I found Almased at my local Wal-Mart. I looked at the food label (like I do with all my foods) and thought, “wow, there are a lot of vitamins and nutrients in this.” That helped me finalize my decision to try the product.
I got home and made a plain shake with water. The taste was “Ok” for me, so I decided to try one with soymilk and some added fruit (pineapple, banana, and strawberries). It was pretty good! I shared some to friends and they all enjoyed it, too.
From that day, I haven’t looked back. I’ve been on Almased off and on since 2011.
When I started, I didn’t follow the “Fast Start Program” but instead was using Almased based on how I felt. At first, I started just using the product once a day in the afternoon, and then I switched to using it for breakfast and lunch with my meal in the evenings. I would also throw in an apple in between shakes.
During the first 6 months of using Almased, my main goal was to eat healthy (cut out junk foods and sweets) and work out regularly. I didn’t pay much attention to the scale but more on how I felt and the way my body looked.
When I did finally weigh myself around the 6-month mark, I noticed I lost around 10 pounds. More importantly was how my body had changed since using the product.
Almased has really helped my metabolism get back up to speed and stay up since having my son. Any woman that has children knows what I mean. It’s the only thing that has worked for me!
A lot of people get frustrated when they don’t see the pounds dropping right away but consistency is key. You just have to trust the product and stick with it. The results will come. Just don’t stop.
I’m proud of the goals I’ve reached with Almased, my diet, and my workout program. The best thing about this all is that my son has witnessed this weight loss journey, the before and the now. He has a mom that he is proud of, a mom that kept going and reached her health goals.
I highly recommend Almased to anyone looking to lose weight. Especially if you’re a “yo-yo dieter” and have a hard time sticking to traditional diets, I would say give Almased a try. You won’t regret it.
