  • 8 Tbp Almased
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup unsweet coconut water or milk
  • 1/4 avocado (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup spinach
  • 1/4 cup kale
  • 2 tsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp pineapple extract (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
