THERE IS NOT ALWAYS ENOUGH TIME FOR ALL PHASES OF THE ALMASED DIET

If you want to lose some pounds quickly for a special event or a trip to the beach, the Bikini-Emergency-Plan can help. 

1.WEEK
ALMASED 3 TIMES A DAY

diet phase 1

During the first week, replace all 3 meals with an Almased shake and drink about 20-40 oz of home-made vegetable broth as well as plenty of water throughout the day.

2.WEEK
ONE DELICIOUS MEAL EACH DAY

diet phase 2

In the morning: Enjoy an Almased shake
At lunchtime: Enjoy plenty of vegetables and/or salad with lean chicken, fish or tofu
In the evening: Enjoy an Almased shake
