Drink Almased three times a day as a meal replacement for three days. On day 4-7, drink Almased twice daily with one solid, healthy meal. What to Expect

Some tips to remember while on any of these Almased Diet plans:

  • Weight loss will vary from person to person. Losing 1-2 pounds per week is considered a healthy rate of weight loss.
  • If the scale doesn’t show a difference, measure your results in terms of energy levels and inches. Check out our past blog/video on “How to Measure your Weight Loss Progress.”
  • Vegetable broth is recommended between meals to provide your body with antioxidants to combat the possible side effects of the fat burning process, such as headaches and soreness.
  • Drink plenty of liquids, such as water or unsweetened tea, at least 64 oz per day.
  • Be physically active for 30 minutes a day to maintain weight or 60 minutes daily to lose weight. When you become more active, your body may pull you into consuming more calories. You can take another shake of Almased or have a healthy snack such as yogurt, low-fat cheese with whole grain crackers, and colorful veggies.
