If you are unable to use our product, you may return unopened items that have been directly purchased from Almased® USA, Inc. within 30 days of delivery. Items should be returned in their original product packaging when possible or packaged in a manner that they arrive undamaged with no broken seals. A 15% restocking fee is applicable to all returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will receive a refund for unopened items in the original form of payment.
All returned items must have a Return Goods Authorization number. This number can be obtained by calling Customer Service toll-free at 1-877-256-2733. At this time, you will be given any additional instructions required. If you can provide us with your order number when you call this will assist in speeding up the process.
If any item you want to return was not purchased directly from Almased® USA, Inc., you will need to contact the seller directly. The seller’s return policy will become effective.
Please note any items returned without authorization may be ineligible for credit.
If your product was damaged during the shipping process, please contact us as soon as possible. Please supply the representative with your order number. Almased® USA, Inc. will occasionally request a picture of the damaged item. Almased® USA, Inc. will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner. Shipping charges will be covered if the damage to the item was due to shipping.
