Hi All, Today I'm heading into Day 3 of Phase 1 of which I'm hoping to make it through a full 14 days. After just the first day on Almased I was astounded at how good I felt...everything just seems more balanced. I've spent a good amount of time reading through multiple forum threads and have found the information invaluable. Last night I went to my local health food store and purchased the Barlean's Strawberry/Banana Swirl Flax Oil. I mixed it with part Almond Milk/Part(filtered) Water and 2 TBSP Flaxseeds. So far this is the best tasting combination I've had. My question is...how much of the Barlean's can I take daily? The recommended dosage on the bottle says 1 TBSP per day, but I'd like to take more than that if possible. Besides that I'm enjoying the Sodium Free V8 and Veggie Broth in between and have been getting all of my required H20 in as well. This morning the scale showed a 4 pound loss...which is quite motivating! I've done quite a few juice fasts/detox plans in the past and have to say this is the best I've ever felt on a fast. Sorry for the book, any feedback is welcome!

Thanks for joining us here. I'm so glad to hear how Almased is making you feel and the results you are getting. 

You can have 2-3 tablespoons of Barlean's Swirl daily when fasting on Almased. When using Almased twice daily during the reduction phase, you can reduce that amount since you will be getting some oil from your diet.
