figure plan vs. bikini emergency plan?

hi there - i'm leaving on 23 June for the islands. i'm 5'7" and 143 lbs, trying to get down to 135 lbs. trying to determine the differences and expected weight loss between the Figure Plan and the Bikini Emergency Plan? according to what i read: * Figure Plan - Day 1-3 has 3 shakes/day, then Day 4-14 has 2 shakes per day plus a healthy meal. Cited to lose 10 pounds in 14 days. * Bikini Emergency Plan - Day 1-7 has 3 shakes/day then after that 2 shakes per day plus a healthy meal. No specific amount of weight loss cited. I don't know if it's realistic for me to do the Bikini Emergency Plan with 3 shakes/day for a week. I have small kids and it would be better if I can make a healthy meal for all of us once or twice/day, so I'm leaning towards the Figure Plan if you still think I can achieve my goals that way. Thanks!

Hi Islandsoon, Choose the plan that best fits your lifestyle. The figure plan is a great choice! You can essentially extended each phase of the program. The starting phase can be extended up to 14 days if you're looking for something more drastic. As you've mentioned that it would be better to use Almased once or twice daily, so we recommend then to use Almased 3 times a day for three days to help jump start the metabolism then twice daily until you reach your ideal body weight. Afterwards, just once a day for maintenance. I hope this helps. - Jamie
