Two smaller healthy meals?

Two smaller healthy meals? Thursday, March 15, 2012 8:06 PM (permalink)
I'm starting my Almased journey tomorrow. I have read that the healthy meal should be between 500-700 calories. Can I break that up into 2 or 3 meals? Ideally I would like an egg white omelet, turkey bacon and mixed greens for breakfast, two shakes and a Lean Cuisine or other portion controlled dinner in the early evening. Will this interfere in any way?

    Hello Debsy,
     
    You can split up the meals if this is easier for you, as long as you don't come too much over the recommended calories for the meals.
