I made shake w unsweetened almond milk cinnamon vanilla xtract 2tblspn olive oil n 1 tbspn of plain greek yogurt. i hd 4 slices of green peppers w Peanutbutter w flaxseed for a snak and 1 small slice of lo sodium cheese hope tht is ok... i cn "feel" i m losing in just day n half!

Hello missiesue, Your shake sounds delicious. The snacks are fine. You should have about 2-3 tablespoons of healthy oils per day. I'm not quite sure how many Almased shakes you are taking per day but if you are having 3 shakes per day with each 2 tablespoons of olive oil that would add too much oil to your diet. Just keep that in mind. Silke
