If you have a problem with the taste, try this

I have found caramel extract which is extremely good in the almased. Also, I have one of the Magic Bullets you may have seen on tv that is sort of a personal size blender.... my shakes turn out creamy and thicker, and I use bottled water! When I am at work, I use one of the shaker bottles you can find where protein powder is sold. It has a wire whisk-like ball in it that helps mix it really well. I find that I actually like my almased shakes!

Hello beachbum 2953, Thank you for your suggestions on what and how to mix Almased. You can also purchase the Blender Bottle directly from us at https://www.almased.com/order-now.aspx for $8.99. Silke

Thanks for the tip. I had my first shake this morning... and for a minute I didn't know if I would make it. Will definitely try & find the caramel extract.
