I know the diet can be confusing since there are several approaches but it's really easy
Basically the diet contains of 4 phases.
The first phase is the liquid diet phase. You can do this for up to 14 days at a time. During this phase you have 3 Almased shakes per day and drink lots of homemade vegetable broth. I encourage you to download the Fasting Figure Plan (

Once you are done with this phase (and remember you don't have to do it for the full 14 days), you will have Almased twice per day and eat one regular meal until you reach your ideal body weight. After that, you will have Almased only once per day and eat two regular meals for a few more weeks until you can entirely get off Almased. Our customers use Almased every so often even after they are done with the diet because it makes them feel good. I also suggest downloading the Figure Plan (
