Supplements and Almased

Hello.. I am new to Almased and just started today. So far so good! I have roughly 40 pounds to lose to be at my goal weight (before I had children). I was wondering if I was able to use some natural appetite suppressants such as saffron extract while doing the Almasted Plan? Also, if you are drinking V8 instead of making your own veggie broth, how much should you consume in a day? (especially during the first phase). Thanks in Advance! April

Hello AlmaApril, Welcome to the Almased forum! I don't recommend taking any appetite suppressants. Almased will keep you full naturally, so there is no need to take anything else. Ideally, you should be making the veggie broth yourself for best effects, however, if this is not possible you can drink 100% veggie juice, like V8 (ideally low in sodium). You can have up to 32 oz of veggie broth/juice per day. You may also dilute the vegetable juice with water if needed. Silke
