I have a small question, I use almased for almost a year. I have lost 66 pounds, but now it´s stop´d. For almost a week, my weight it´s the same. At the moment I have 171 pounds and 5,8 feet tall. How can I loose the extra pounds?

Hello Remagi, First of all, congratulations on your weight loss! That's amazing  Tell me a little more about how you are currently using Almased, e.g. how many times per day, how much Almased per shake, what to mix it with etc. Silke
