No more weight loss

I lost 3kgs in first 3 days but after that no weight loss at all. Today is my 10th day and I am still eating only one meal (lunch) and 2 times almased. Frankly speaking I am loosing patience. Has somebody experienced no weight loss for many days and then later start loosing weight again? Or I have reached a limit? I still need to loose 12 kgs

Any advices?

    Hi Djinns, 

    Try not to lose patience. You did great the first three days and weight loss will be more gradual as you continue.  Some people do reach a plateau where their body is making adjustments to the stresses of weight change, then with a few modifications they begin to lose again.  

    Perhaps if you gave me more details on how you're using Almased and also what you are eating for your one lunch meal, I can advise you on a few customization that can help promote further weight loss. How many tablespoons of Almased are you using per shake and what are you mixing Almased with? What does your lunch consist of?

      Hi

      I am drinking 8 flat spoons of Almased with water and oil as recommended. 

      For Lunch i am normally eating a salad with some vinegar dressing (almost no fat) and sometimes i am having Qunoa with vegetables as salad. i also have some vegetable clear soup in the night if i feel hungry. 

      Hope you can give me some nice tips

        How much oil are you adding to each shake. Given that you are having a salad with dressing for your one regular meal, you may not need to add as much oil to your shakes since you are getting some fat from your one regular meal. Therefore our recommendation for 2-3 tablespoons daily can be adjusted depending on how much oil you are having for your one regular meal. 

        How tall are you? If you are 5'5" and under you can adjust the shakes to 6-7 tablespoons. If you notice any cravings after a few hours, bump it back to 8. 

        Have you taken measurements around your hips, waist, and abdominal or notice your clothes fitting loser? You may see a change in inches rather than on a scale. 

        Try a few of these things and see if you can observe a difference at the end of the week.

           I had already reduced the oil to 1 spoon per shake. Do you think i should check the ph level? Do you know what the ph strips are called in german or french...am in switzerland so need to ask for the right stuff in pharmacy
