Pill vs liquid Tuesday, May 22, 2012 3:08 PM (permalink)
I'm getting ready to start this after Memorial Day (anniversary & a birthday comes first!). I have a couple questions.

Right now I take several different kinds of vitamins/minerals among which is fish oil/Omega 3's. Do you advise to still add oil to the shakes? Or is taking a capsule form adequate?
I've never tested my ph levels but after reading several posts on here I'm going to. Is there a rundown somewhere of what you should add/delete from what you are currently taking based on the level?

I just want to add that I'm impressed by the customer service support in the forums. Job well done!

    Hi Mrazz,

Thanks for posting. We appreciate your questions.

Yes, we advise to still include oil in your daily diet. You do not have to add the oil to your shakes, although that would help curb appetite between meals. As long as you add the oil to your daily diet in some way, it will help provide you with essential fatty acids that are lacking in our product so that you have a more balanced diet. You can still continue to take fish oil/omega 3 supplement while on our program as well as other vitamins/minerals.

We do not have a list of foods to eat based on your level. If you were to search online for alkaline and acidic foods, you could find a complete listing of foods that will help with balancing the pH.

I hope this information helps. Let me know you need any further assistance.

    - Jamie
