Is Almased appropriate for men to use?

I am planning to begin the Almased program next week and was wondering if it is appropriate for my husband too? We are both retired and diabetic - well controlled with oral meds.

Hi Phyllis943,
Yes, it is appropriate for men to use Almased as well. Almased is also diabetic friendly and will not negatively impact blood sugar levels. Continue the use of your oral medications as prescribed, and see your physician if at anytime your medications need to be adjusted. Keep in mind that if you are making changes to your diet, sometimes medications must also be adjusted.
