Today is my very first day of the rest of my life!

Ok, so I have read everything I can get my hands on about Almased, and I liked what I read, so off to GNC I went for my first 3 cans to embark on my getting healthy again journey.
So my starting weight is horrendous and it is embarrassing to say 312.
I enjoyed my first shake very much, enjoyed the flavor, really mild and tasty.
So I will let y'all know how it is going as I roll along ... good luck to all of you other newbies!

Con...I also started today. because of my work schdule and home sch, I will not be able to REALLY start fasting until next week. I am still unsure about this but being a yo yo dieter for many many years, I feel this is the last resort. I am currently at 180 pounds and I really want to see 150. Good luck to both of us!
