Is it ok to add fiber to my shakes twice a day? Like Citracel? Having a hard time......... Especially now that I've started eating protein/veggies again. The numbers are still going down though (almost 10 pounds so far).

Im not for sure, but I know i read that you can add metamucil, so I would guess you should be fine... one of the nutritionist will respond though. they are good about that.

Benefiber was on sale, but all they had was orange. So I tried it in my shake tonight and it was good! Kind of like an Orange Julius!

Hello loraleekim, For a fiber rich food source, I suggest adding about 2 tablespoons of ground flaxseed to the Almased shake. Psyllium husk and chia seeds are also great. Silke
