Hello Everyone, Tommorrow I will be starting Almased for the first time and I will be attempting the Starting phase for 2 weeks....Any advice...Thanks. Hoping to have a great experience.

Hi Shelly Ann, Remember to incorporate 2-3 tablespoons of oil (flaxseed, canola, or extra virgin olive oil) in your daily diet and drink plenty of water and up to 32 oz of veggie broth a day. If you need to snack between meals, some healthy snack choices include carrot sticks, raw veggies, whole grain crackers with low-fat cheese, another 1/2 a serving of Almased, or a handful of nuts. If you can forego snacking or can use Almased with just water, that would give you the best weight loss results. Goodluck! let us know if you have questions. - Jamie
