HELP

I started the bikini emergency plan, and today is my third day, I went to visit family that I never get to see and they insisted in taking me out to dinner, I accpeted and thought I could just ask for a glass of water,it was a buffet and I ended up eating  . Is it ok if I just leave this behind and go back to the bikini plan I was doing ???

Hi Jessica, I'm sure the nutritionist would agree you're absolutely fine starting your plan again from where you left it. What's done that's done. Good luck on your journey.

Hi jessica_mvn, It can be tempting to relapse during a diet and it's okay if you do, just be ready to jump back onto the diet afterwards. You can go back on the bikini plan and continue with the fast. If you're ever tempted next time, try having 1/2 - 1 serving of Almased before you go out for dinner with your family, this may keep you satisfied enough to only eat a small portion or not put anything on your plate. When you're on the reduction phase, you can interchange your meals so that you can enjoy dinner or lunch with your family and also snack on vegetables while you're out. There are always challenges during a diet, but they can always be overcome. So don't give up, this is just the beginning. :) - Jamie

Hi, A little FYI to all my Almased friends. One of my male friends opened the web page above and called me to let me know that one should make sure your computer is scanned before and after for antivirus and spyware protection for threats. Make certain you remove all threats. As a matter of fact he recommeded to not click on it at all. Just wanted to let all know. I have not opened it but I will say I have never had any threats visiting Almased and I have been a member since Jan.
