You may lose weight with one meal replacement a day, but it would be much slower than if using Almased two times a day. Mainly, one meal a day helps with weight maintenance. If you want to fast again, I recommend reading through our program again just to reinforce our phase 1 information. As of Monday April 2nd I ate 1 meal a day, I knew with the Easter Holiday approaching there could be a chance of eating too much. Fri., Sat., & Sun. I know I ate too much for the 1 meal. I thought that I would just remain the same, not gain, since I gained I am going to go back on the fast for 2 weeks starting tommorrow. I know to stay motivated I have to continue to see those #'s come down, not up, or remaining the same.
